Encouraging the use of resources.

The 2020 year has taught us a lesson: Companies are neither considered as places, nor as workstation chairs, and not even as screens or keyboards. Companies are made of people. Each and every one of them have different talents, and when they come together, they all can reach both common and personal goals consequently.

Having understood that, we can move forward on a new world layout, where both satisfaction and enthusiasm are synonyms of good results; while the good or bad employee´s attitude can show the difference in product quality or company-provided services.

Encouraging the use of all resources from each person might be summarized as follows: Motivating them to do their best efforts when performing every single task, always motivating and letting them know that we realize the things they are doing, and showing them that they are not just a number, but an essential part of the whole business.  

Each and every one of them provides something to solve problems and suggests new ways to address different challenges that are shown every day. 

Do not forget to be always clear with information and be constructive when providing them with feedback.

We all can be the best every day, share what we know, approach to ask the things that we do not know, and be always open to learn something new every single time.
