Jorge Perez
CEO
Jorge Perez is a Senior Executive in the B2B world of talent management and staffing. He has been recognized as part of the Top 100 leaders in the US and Top 25 leaders in Latin-America within the staffing world for 4 consecutive years. Perez has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Mechanical engineering from La Salle University in Mexico City and has participated in several executive programs in Europe, Mexico and the US.
Before joining Arch, Perez was the President for Volt Workforce solutions, Executive VP of PDN and SVP at ManpowerGroup. He also built programs in Mexico, Central America, and US that have a direct impact on society: Caminemos Juntos (a program dedicated to hire people with disabilities), Proyecto Siembra (a program dedicated to help woman in poverty to generate their own business), and Access2Ability (a program dedicated to hire people with disabilities).
Perez joined Arch Staffing & Consulting in 2017, and today he serves as CEO of PAE Global, leading the expansion of strategic business worldwide.
Ulises Muniz
COO & Chief Legal Officer, America
Ulises Muniz is a well-established lawyer with degrees from the University of California and Universidad Panamericana. In addition to have made a partner in two different law firms, Ulises has extensively counseled foreign companies doing business in Mexico. Ulises obtained his LL.M. degree from the University of California (Davis) in 2009, and his Masters’ Degree in Tax Law from the Universidad Panamericana (Mexico City). In 2009, he joined PAE de Mexico, a leading Mexican outsourcing firm, heading the legal department including the expansion efforts of the group throughout North America, Central America, Argentina and Peru. Currently, as the COO for North America and Chief Legal Officer, he is in charge of the business in the USA, as well as, setting the groundwork for the company’s additional expansion into additional markets within the US and abroad.
Roy Green
President & SVP
Roy has 25+ years’ experience with industry leaders, leading to positions in senior-level management. Roy has a proven track record that includes accomplishments in most areas of sales and marketing management. Roy’s success continues to be achieved by streamlining organizations, building cohesive teams, revitalizing sales efforts and creating innovative sales and client centric strategies. He has a BA in Finance from Fresno State University. Roy joined Arch in 2019 as the President & SVP for North America.
Carla Hanson
President, Northern Michigan
Carla has 20+ years’ of global staffing experience. She takes pride in providing her clients and candidates with a sense of urgency, exceptional customer service, and follow through. Her ultimate goal is to provide candidates with gainful employment while supporting and creating impact in the community. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, from Central Michigan University. Carla joined Arch in 2017 as President of Northern Michigan region.
Jill Momber
President, Southern Michigan
Jill is an experienced Human Resources leader with a demonstrated history working in the staffing industry. She’s professionally skilled in talent management, career development and strategic planning. Known for her consultative style and ability to create long lasting client and candidate partnership, Jill is passionate about matching the right talent with great companies and providing exceptional service to both parties. Jill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Central Michigan University.
Jill joined Arch in 2018 as the President for Southern Michigan.
Glen Garcia
President, Pacific Northwest
Glen Garcia is the Market President for the Pacific Northwest. He brings to Arch a considerable background in the staffing industry. Glen spent 13 years at Volt Workforce Solutions in Washington State, where he held several roles of increased responsibility, including Recruiting Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and Sr. Business Development Manager. Prior to joining Volt Glen also worked in Silicon Valley in Technical Services Management roles, with Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), and Unisys Corporation. He has walked in the shoes of a hiring manager and is passionate about helping clients develop workforce strategies for their teams. Glen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, from Saint Mary's College of California.
Crystal Padgett
President, North Carolina
Crystal Padgett is the Market President for North & South Carolina. Crystal is a passionate HR executive with more than 26 years’ experience helping companies align their business and talent strategy. She is experienced in a variety of industries including accounting/finance, insurance, manufacturing, warehouse/logistics, professional services and skilled trades.
She specializes in providing our clients with innovative workforce solutions, such as contingent staffing, permanent placement, and training services. Now more than ever, the ability to tap the power of people with the right skills and experience can make or break a company. She is driven to provide excellent customer service by delivering effective solutions. Overall business mindset that consists of a partnership philosophy; developing mutual respect and trusted relationships which are the corner stone of solid business partnerships. Her expertise offers both companies and individuals the strategic vision and business management guidance to drive their business goals and career success. Crystal holds a BA in Business Management from Gardner Webb University.
Robert McConnell
President, California
For over fifteen years, Rob has managed and owned critical business relationships, specializing in staffing and recruitment strategies for Manufacturing (F&B, Aerospace, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical), Distribution, and Technology organizations. He is also the co-founder of a technology built to help organizations with human capital management. Rob has a BA in History, and an MBA, from Washington State University. Rob joined Arch in 2020 as the President of California.
Carlos Cuesta
President, Florida
Carlos Cuesta is a seasoned professional with over 35 years’ experience in the staffing industry. Has held positions as Client Relations Director, Operations Manager and Vice President. During this time, partnered with clients to provide IT and Professional staffing services. Built client relationships with companies such as Burger King HQ, Citicorp, Ryder Systems, HP, IBM, Darden, Pepsi, and others. Has been successful by helping clients improve their bottom-line profitability, maximize employee productivity, improve workforce processes, create customized staffing programs, and enhance continuous improvement over the years. Carlos’ passion is to understand client’s needs to provide world-class services.
