Crystal Padgett is the Market President for North & South Carolina.  Crystal is a passionate HR executive with more than 26 years’ experience helping companies align their business and talent strategy.  She is experienced in a variety of industries including accounting/finance, insurance, manufacturing, warehouse/logistics, professional services and skilled trades. She specializes in providing our clients with innovative workforce solutions, such as contingent staffing, permanent placement, and training services. She is driven to provide excellent customer service by delivering effective solutions.
