Have you ever heard the so-called term “Writer’s block”? If we create an image to demonstrate the concept in our minds, we could possibly think of a poet sitting on his writing desk, using a fountain pen and having his head placed on his hand. This poor man is not the only one who has stopped working because ideas do not come easily and his hand stopped writing his words in a paper.

It is very common to experience these so-called “mental blocks”. It is literally as if our minds would face obstacles or barriers that block the way to develop ideas, enhance creativity or be productive in the things to be done. For this thing, it is important to consider that mental blocks can happen at any time and there are some things that we can do to avoid them all.

These are 5 advices to avoid constant mental blocks at your daily work. Start with small things and split your activities. Do not get overwhelmed when thinking about everything you have to do as if it was one single thing. Take a break if you need. Take a short but efficient break so you can recover energy. Be organized with both your workplace and schedule. Having a previously set schedule will help you view all of the tasks.  

 

Do not overwork or do not try to escape from mental blocks. Flow with the moment and do some activities that clear your mind at the moment in order to retake your activities shortly. Finally, take care of yourself and your health. Eat healthy food and sleep at least 07 hours. These are some advices that may help you avoid frequently-made mental blocks. Being frustrated is the worst thing we can do. Use all required means and you will see how everything flows.
